Embracing change and keeping spirits high

We have all had to adapt to a ‘new normal’ this year, whatever your location, job or familiar routines. Here at OPS, we have focussed on recommended guidance and our clients’ needs to ensure each one of our properties receives the professional service needed to remain safe to enter and use by visitors or the public.

Additional measures we have taken include:

  • Staff training in the appropriate use of PPE
  • Identifying touch points in buildings and how to effectively clean these
  • Increased use of sanitising products with instructions on their safe use
  • Comprehensive risk assessments completed for every site

Our teams are also carrying out intensive deep cleans, offering services such as carpet cleaning and fogging on request to further minimise any chance of virus spread.

Given the unforeseen events of 2020, we are so appreciative of all our staff who have put in 100% to ease client concerns and have demonstrated amazing teamwork since March. Three of our holiday let cleaners – Miesha, Sarah and Jordan have put smiles on everyone’s faces by dressing up as minions one week…and dinosaurs the next! Just one example of a little positivity going a long way at our Grange base!
