About Orian Property Services

The staff behind Orian Property Services originally operated under two sister companies covering north and south Cumbria. The decision was made in 2019 to merge North Lakes Services and South Lakes Services incorporating not only the same branding under Orian Property Services but also forming a more cohesive culture across the wider Orian group of companies.

Today, from our offices in Wigton and Grange-over-Sands, we deliver high quality property services to our customers with the same expertise and customer-focussed approach that our loyal clients are familiar with.
